It’s the world’s hardest job: no breaks, no pay and definitely no promotions. And yet every year, millions of people volunteer to become parents. To do the job right, you need all the help you can get. In the digital teaser phase of the campaign for the new Volkswagen Touran, we kept the car itself out of the spotlight. Instead we focused on the target group: for example in social media memes or web videos. So by the time the market launch arrived, there was absolutely no doubt: Any company that knows this much about families is sure to build the best family car.
